Scheduling / Financial Coordinator

Darcie has been with our team since 2015 and has 20 years of experience in office administration. She graduated from Iowa-Grant High School in 2005 and obtained her Dental Assistant Certificate from Southwest Technical College the same year. In her role at Dodgeville Dental, she manages patient care scheduling and assists our patients to find a flexible payment plan to ensure they receive the care they need in an affordable manner. Darcie also handles our accounts receivable and event planning for our team and community events. 

Darcie enjoys spending time with her husband, twin sons and daughter relaxing at their cabin, boating, farming, cooking, baking, family vacations and attending youth wrestling events with her family and friends. 🚜  🥘

She is a fan of the Iowa-Grant Panthers, Wisconsin Badgers, and Green Bay Packers.

Mandie
Insurance Coordinator

Mandie began her dental career in 2004 as a Dental Assistant after attending Southwest Tech. Over the years, she expanded her expertise by cross-training in the business office, giving her a unique blend of clinical and administrative knowledge. 

Mandie brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to patient care. She is here to help you understand your treatment needs, work out a suitable payment plan, and help you utilize your dental benefits. Her goal is to ensure you feel informed and confident in making the best choices for your dental health.

Since 2015, Mandie has resided in Dodgeville with her family: Jesse and their twins, Brayton and Brynlee. Outside the office, she loves camping, relaxing by a cozy fire, and spending time with family and friends.  ⛺️

Heather
Intake Coordinator

Heather began her dental career in 2014 and brings over 20 years of experience in customer service and office administration. Her background includes a strong foundation in healthcare environments, where she has developed a deep understanding of patient care, operational efficiency, and team collaboration. Heather is currently furthering her education in Health Information Management at Southwest Technical College, where she is expanding her expertise in medical records, data integrity, and healthcare compliance. With a passion for supporting both patients and providers, Heather strives to blend compassionate service with administrative excellence in her role as the Intake Coordinator.

Heather enjoys spending time with her fiancé Heath and their three furbabies(cats): Tango, Charley, and Echo. You can always find Heather and her fiancé on the UTV trails, hiking, fishing, camping, or planning their next getaway. They are sports junkies, and love attending Badger and Packer football games every year. GO PACK GO! 💚 💛
