Scheduling / Financial Coordinator

Darcie has been a valued member of our team since 2015, bringing over 20 years of experience in office administration. She graduated from Iowa-Grant High School in 2005 and earned her Dental Assistant Certificate from Southwest Tech that same year.

In her role at Dodgeville Dental, Darcie plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and supportive patient experience. She manages patient scheduling, helps patients navigate flexible and affordable payment options, oversees accounts receivable, and coordinates both team and community events.

Outside of the office, Darcie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their twin sons and daughter. Whether relaxing at their cabin, boating, farming, cooking, baking, or taking family vacations, she values time with loved ones. She’s also a dedicated supporter of her children’s activities, especially youth wrestling events, and enjoys cheering on her favorite teams. She is a fan of the Iowa-Grant Panthers, Wisconsin Badgers, and Green Bay Packers. 🚜  🥘

Mandie
Insurance / Treatment Coordinator

Mandie began her dental career in 2004 as a Dental Assistant after attending Southwest Tech. Over the years, she expanded her skill set by cross‑training in the business office, giving her a rare combination of clinical insight and administrative expertise. This versatility allows her to support patients and the practice with confidence, clarity, and exceptional attention to detail.

Mandie brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to patient care. She is dedicated to helping patients understand their treatment needs, navigate payment options, and make the most of their dental benefits. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels informed, supported, and empowered to make the best decisions for their oral health.

Since 2015, Mandie has lived in Dodgeville with her family — Jesse and their twins, Brayton and Brynlee. Outside the office, she enjoys camping, fishing, relaxing by a cozy fire, and spending quality time with family and friends. ⛺️🦷🎣 

Heather
Intake Coordinator

Heather began her dental career in 2014 and brings over 20 years of experience in customer service and office administration. Her background includes a strong foundation in healthcare environments, where she has developed a deep understanding of patient care, operational efficiency, and team collaboration. Heather is currently furthering her education in Health Information Management at Southwest Tech, where she is expanding her expertise in medical records, data integrity, and healthcare compliance. With a passion for supporting both patients and providers, Heather strives to blend compassionate service with administrative excellence in her role as the Intake Coordinator.

Heather enjoys spending time with her fiancé Heath and their three furbabies(cats): Tango, Charley, and Echo. You can always find Heather and her fiancé on the UTV trails, hiking, fishing, camping, or planning their next getaway. They are sports junkies, and love attending Badger and Packer football games every year. GO PACK GO! 💚 💛
